Hellbound Train

You know all the standard retorts you get from trumptilians whenever you criticize trump. Most common might be the whataboutisms. Even now, ol’ Joe Biden still haunts their thoughts, although gone from the scene, and don’t even get them started on Hillary.

I’ve tried to show diehard trumpers how their anti-vaccine, “Keep your government hands off my body!” stance hypocritically ignores a woman’s right to control her own body. The deer in the headlights look is all I got for my trouble.

Complain that trump is aligning our country with the very regimes that hate and vow to destroy us, and you get, “But, he’s trying to stop that war and stop all that killing.” But, he vowed to end that awful war on Day One of his second term and how’s that working out? His obvious efforts to assist Vladimir Putin in his aggression against Ukraine is the most unAmerican act by an American “leader” that I’ve witnessed in my 72 years.

The pious Pentacostal now shrugs off trump’s immoral behavior with either “Hate the sin, love the sinner!” (yeah, right…) or “What he does in private is not my concern.” (uh, hello Bill Clinton). As though an illicit affair couldn’t result in a compromised president, even an extorted one. Hmmm…

I’ve tried to reach some trumptilians but it’s shocking just how deeply committed they are to their cult. Now, with their traitorous conman back in power, they are totally fine with turning their stupid trump train into a true Hellbound Train. And, force us all along for the terrible ride
